Delphacid
One of the many "Delphacodes" species. It would help to know how big it is.

Delphacid
Thanks Andy. It was about 5 or 6 mm long.

Megamelus sp., male
Then it is probably a Megamelus male, but I don't know any that have a dark wing base. Presumably it is a southern species not represented in our collection.

Megamelus sp., male
