This is a male Formica. Note the exserted genitalia; this is not of taxonomic value, but is a neat little behavioral thing. Formica males, when excited, wiggle their genital capsules in and out of their metasoma.

Not wasp
This is a male winged reproductive of some kind of ant in the subfamily Formicinae.
