At cite:452764 (1), but the two reference citations are used in various places, so we might as well leave them both. (If this were Wikipedia, we could create a redirect to eliminate the duplication. Perhaps in the future!)
Good job on the bibliographic details--we were much more "quick and dirty" about those in the old days, circa 2004--BugGuide scholarly standards have been raised since then.
