Racket-tailed Emerald
I agree with Denis, this is a female Racket-tailed Emerald (Dorocordulia libera).

female Racket-tailed Emerald...
I believe this is a mature female Dorocordulia libera, aka Racket-tailed Emerald. The overall shape and the specific pattern on segment 3 seem to fit, but I am not 100% on this one. Will compare with other specimens shortly and firm up the ID if possible. Beautiful image!
