Goldenrod gall residents (goldenrod fauna) - Heterospilus eurostae - Male
Horsham, Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, USA
Size: Less than 2 mm
I found another one of these braconids, however, this one seems smaller than the previous ones. I keep hoping that they can be IDed to species, since their host is known.
It came out of a round goldenrod gall.
I collected these galls in March and the wasp came out sometime during my absence, mid May to mid June.
