There are many photos of these little guys on the guide, but I didn't find this particular pattern of marks and colors.

Well...
T. marginatus has a yellow margin around the edges of the abdomen. This guy is more like Toxomerus geminatus - male

I'm not positive
but it looks a lot like T. marginatus to me.
