young Argiope aurantia. The image seems to be posted sideways. They usually sit head down in the web.

 
White spider - Thanks
Yes your are correct, It is rotated. He/She had made a web on a rear view mirror. I attempted to look of the type, but couldnt find any white ones. I thought it was unusual looking, also was able to get a couple nice shots. Since it also seemed unusal to get refections in a mirror. ;) Thanks for the indentification.
