Leafhopper - Endria inimicus

Leafhopper - Endria inimicus
Minneapolis, Hennepin County, Minnesota, USA
June 29, 2009
Any ID for this leafhopper? Thanks.

Endria inimica
This is a common and easily recognized species (2 black spots on head, pronotum and scutellum) but for some reason nobody has photographed its even more easily recognized nymph, which has brown stipes down the sides.
