Teeny Tiny Nymph - Valenzuela flavidus

Size: ~ 1 mm or less
I just spent some time chasing this tiny white speck all over my front door, trying to get a good shot. Of course it wouldn't sit still for me, but somehow I managed. Is this a Psyllid nymph? I've never seen a bug like this before.

Probably V. flavidus nymph -- Ed Mockford det.
