I have seen Chilocorus stigma adult and recognizable larvae from photos, but these I was not sure of. Also larvae? In a few cases the adult ladybugs were on top of these.

Beetle pupae.
These are pupae, enclosed in the last larval skin. Chilocorus does indeed follow that pattern, but I think these may be either Mexican bean beetle (also a coccinellid), or some kind of leaf beetle.
