Size: few mm
At first I thought this was a true fly with white wings and a black lateral stripe at the base of the white wings. Now it appears there are two translucent wings and the white is either another set of large wings or the abdomen. Lateral black stripe at the base of the white. Long proboscis.

Are these adults or immatures?
I noticed some of the photos for this species have dark patterns on the abdomen, and some are all white as in this photo.

there's no such thing as "immature flies": their young are maggots [=fly larvae]
