Found on window in the late evening. I am having trouble figuring out which genus it belongs to: Promachus or Efferia or neither? Help appreciated.

Actually Pogonioefferia [Efferia] probably P. pogonias.

Male, correct?
The big bulbous abdominal tip indicates this is a male, correct?

I've been going through the robbers, trying to select representative images and setting the male/female tag if I can see it. I believe I'm dong it correctly.
