harvestman, also daddy long legs
That's a harvestman more properly, but here in KS we call them daddy-long-legs too. Apparently some spiders also have that common name in other parts of the country.

Harmless
Not to worry. Although they are arachnids these creatures have their own order called Opiliones. Hence, they are not spiders.
