Flesh Fly - Sarcophaga - male

Flesh Fly - Sarcophaga - Male
Mobile (Dog River), Mobile County, Alabama, USA
July 5, 2009
Rotten bananas will attract flies. There's no mystery about the ID or the distribution of a Sarcophaga. There's just something about this photo I just like.

Moved from ID Request.

It is a nice shot.
