The lady flew shortly after the picture was taken. Too bad. I was leaning toward B. ursina too.

likely B. ursina
the lady herself (vs. another member of the ursina group). The spots tend to become more confluent in the upper midwest, esp in females. Unless of course it's the infamous albifrons. A head or side image should rule out one or the other.
