Female Syrbula admirabilis.
Nice shot of a female slantfaced grasshopper, Syrbula admirabilis. Males are much more slender, smaller, and brown with ivory markings! I thought they were two different species until I became familiar with them. Thanks for sharing.

Thanks very much Eric. Unlike some of my other recently posted Orthoptera, which were apparently likely repeats, this one is a totally new species (and genus) for me in a subfamily I only have a few of. How satisfying to know a species rather than adding to a flock of unkown species in a genus! I wish I would've concentrated on taking more shots, but it was hard in the tall grass and I lost it.
