ID
This is the Scoliid parasitoid Ligyra gazophylax. Note the extra crossvein near the wing tip on the posterior side. This separates Ligyra from Exoprosopa.

I have a bunch of bee flies to post. Am glad to be seeing so many, mostly at Nix in Laguna Beach.
