Unidentified Spider with Carpenter Bee - Enoplognatha ovata

Unidentified Spider with Carpenter Bee - Enoplognatha ovata
Seattle, King County, Washington, USA
July 8, 2009
Size: 5mm + legs
Found spider attacking, biting and wrapping carpenter bee although bee did eventually clear webbing from body and appeared to be able to escape. The spider surprised me as the bee was several times larger than the spider.

Species id.
Thanks John for your correction. Interesting, as I though it was the same insect/species previously posted for id (shot in same location, same blackberry flower) in which it was suggested that it's a small Carpenter Bee, Ceratina in the sugbenus Zadontomerus. The above posted insect differs from the previously posted one?

Identification and confirmation of spider prey if possible.
Hi John,
I'm still wondering whether the spider prey is a small carpenter bee, and the same as the previously submitted image #283853 identified as such, or a different insect as stated in this recent response? Thanks.
