Isonychiidae
This is a male Isonychia imago. A reddish brown body with pale middle/hind legs and darker forelegs is a common coloration of Isonychia. Enlarging the image helps to make some of the other distinctions easier to see: marginal veinlets that connect to the forewing CuA vein, a large hind wing (the lower border is hard to see because it is alongside the dark abdomen), and no middle terminal filament (two "tails").

i would say, Ephemerellidae
handsome male imago

great
Thanks!
