Size: 30mm
Sphecid Wasp of some kind? Extremely quick and jittery when on the ground. Movements on the ground reminded me more of a spider wasp than a thread-wasped wasp.

Cricket hunter.
Too bad she is dead, but this was a "steel blue cricket hunter," Chlorion aerarium.
