Neocicada hieroglyphica f. johannis
A common cicada in parts of the Southeast. Florida populations usu. have less black pigmentation and belong to the taxon N. hieroglyphica johannis.

Yours looks lighter, but I suspect it's the same one. Yours also looks like it might be female.
