Hentzia palmarum - Hentzia grenada - Male
Niceville, Okaloosa County, Florida, USA

Size: 6 mm
Are the blue marks on leg 1 an artifact of the photography or is it characteristic of males of this species?

Not palmarum...
This is Hentzia Grenada.

Not positive, but I think the blue marks are just the result of thin film interference/iridescence created by the inner and outer layers of the cuticle of certain spiders. So, an optical illusion of sorts, and not from actual pigment. Maybe similar to what I photographed in the last two images here.

This link might give a more practical description.
