Ischnura female
Always tough to tell I.posita from I.verticalis. Ed Lam pp 80 and 81. We're leaning toward posita, based on the broad black shoulder stripe and the hint of an exclamation point, plus the smaller round eyespots compared to the "bowtie" eyespots on verticalis.
