Found under a leaf - Graphopsocus cruciatus
Huntington State Park, Redding, Fairfield County, Connecticut, USA
July 13, 2009
Size: 3-3.5 mm with wings
Found under a leaf at about head height near water. A cast skin was nearby; I don't know if the skin belonged to this insect.

Psocoptera?
