Looks like Hydriomena marinata
Hi John,
I just worked through the Hydriomena I had sent in for a DNA sequence that I had collected this summer and have posted the Hydriomena marinata which had species level matches. The variation is rather striking. Also, H. californiata which has a very similar morphology does not appear close in the DNA tree. Here is just one form which seems similar to yours (and the others from the gathering).

What do you think .. and if you want access to the 1400 or so sequences of the 300 or so species from this summer on BOLD at Guelph let me know. Did you submit specimens?
