Thanks for the background cloth weave comparison and additional specimen photos. Based on the weave, I was able to very roughly estimate the body length at ~8 mm. Based on the high resolution photos, which allowed much better examination of the wing venation and the genitalia, I believe this male imago to be Ephemerella, probably E. dorothea infrequens.

Hmm. Well, it's definitely a male imago. Do you have any other (or higher resolution) photos of it? Would also help to have an estimate of body length based on the weave dimensions of your background cloth plus a bit of geometry.
