I tagged it to the right species for the predator.

Erythemis simplicicollis & maybe Argia moesta
The predator is definitely an Eastern Pondhawk (female).
Notice the blue color on ventral side of abdomen in female Lasley photos.

The victim MAY BE a male Argia moesta
