Hugo Peak trail. Young male meadowhawk. IDed by John and Jane Balaban. Smallest dragonfly I'd ever seen. About the size of a bluet damselfly.

Looks like we see
stripes on the front and sides of the thorax, which would lead us to say S. pallipes, but we don't know if they have the color in wing veins that we see in your image.
