Shape of the
head, looks like images in the genus, Ischnomyia. Cool looking fly.

It seems pretty close, although I'm not sure about the head shape. The abdomen seems to be kind of flat so it looks skinny from the side, which would be OK.

I'm no expert and would like a second opinion.
