fernaldella is the only "pale" Cosmopterix known from Washington

Sorry for the back and forth. I moved this image originally because it appears at BugGuide under that species here. Mark Dreiling also has an image at MPG under that species. It is very similar to yours but the DNA results have come in and it was not a match.
