False Honey Ant (Prenolepis imparis)
That would be my guess.

Right subfamily (Formicinae)
But, false honey ant pupae are never enclosed in cocoons. This is Lasius pallitarsis. I would further hazard those are males developing in the cocoons, since they are notably larger than the worker.
