False Honey Ant (Prenolepis imparis)

Right subfamily (Formicinae)
But, false honey ant pupae are never enclosed in cocoons. This is
Lasius pallitarsis
. I would further hazard those are males developing in the cocoons, since they are notably larger than the worker.
