[Actually I don't see Rhadine babocki listed with the "subterranea group" in Barr's 1974 article so this species could belong to another species group. Also, the posted image does not clearly show "eyes". -- P. Messer 8/23/2010]

Known only from caves in the western Edwards Plateau of Texas:
Edwards County: Deep Cave; Punkin Cave; Wheat Cave; Wyatt Cave.
Pecos County: Ess Cave.
Sutton County: Caverns of Sonora; Felton Cave.
Terrell County: Blackstone Cave; Longley Cave; Pasotex Pit.
Val Verde County: Cave 8; Diablo Cave; Ladder Cave; Oberkampf Ranch Cave.
