Orb-Weaver webs

Orb-Weaver webs
Hampshire County, Massachusetts, USA
September 5, 2005
I had to share this image with my fellow buggers. I awoke this morning to a heavy fog in our backyard with little visibility. As it slowly began to dissipate, it revealed a field full of dew-covered orb weaver webs. I took lots of shots of the various webs, (which I will post later) but I wanted to share this one first. It was truly an awesome sight.

WOW
this photo is awesome! do you have a larger version?

Hello Bobby,

This version which is posted is larger than the usual 560 pixel limit - it is 1000 x 673 pixels. You should just be able to click the image to see it.

Tony,

Oh
...didn't know that - sorry!

Off Topic....
We received G is for One Gzonk last week, and absolutely LOVE it! You have the best sense of humor!

hee-hee!
Thanks Lynette - you make me blush:)

Reminds me of
what the fields looked like in MT. Made me think twice before walking willy-nilly through the field!

Far Out!
What a beautiful image, glad you posted it.
