It's a Forceptail
Aphylla species. Either Broad-striped or Narrow-striped. A side view would help.

The eye don't meet
and the end of the abdomen is inflated, so this is more likely a Gomphid than a Darner. But the images are so small, we can't tell you more. Maybe one of the Odonate specialists can?

OK I looked through all the Gomphid's with no matching.
Any other ideas?
