Found in Driggs, Idaho disturbed garden bed -

Found 4pm while washing garden dirt off of sidewalk. Disturbed mulch layer in perennial bed. Black with striking orange pattern wing.

but to make a species call I would need a different ventral image, so your choices with black antennal clubs and straight tibia are either
