bruchine -- must be a kind of Acanthoscelides
a decent photo but these guys are tough to ID without a good dorsal -- and a look at the pigidium pattern always a great plus

maybe a flower chafer
It looks more like Subfamily Cetoniinae - Fruit and Flower Chafers to me than a weevil.
