Leucorrhinia hudsonica
This is a Hudsonian Whiteface, female. Triangular spots to Segment 7 & light coloured veins on the dark basal patches of the hindwings. Boreal Whitefaces (also found in Riding Mtn)look very similar but are much larger in size and markings on the top of the abdomen are also much larger. They have no light venation on their hindwings to my knowledge.
