John, this is probably one of the morphs of the highly variable Callibaetis ferrugineus ferrugineus. The broods that emerge later in the season or at lower elevations are often much paler than the dark varieties that emerge earlier or at higher elevations. The closely related C. pallidus, which is also recorded for CT, is another, similar, pale-colored species. However, the posterior border of the colored vittae of the forewings of pallidus females is usually fairly even.
