Found on the windowsill in the house. Looks like part of one antenna is missing. What genus? species? Male or female? Can be frassed after because the photos aren't good.

The abundant and ubiquitous Tapinoma sessile (which may turn out to be a complex of 4 or so cryptic species)

My guess is Tapinoma sessile, but I'd wait to hear from one of the ant experts as well....
