What a lovely tarantula! Probably a female, though you can't tell gender for certain until the last molt into adulthood. Genus is Aphonopelma, but species ID requires examining the spider in great detail....

She is indeed a lovely one. It was great hanging out with her(?), and watching her go in and out of the hole. I hope we can figure out what species she is. Thanks for the help.
