Herschel Raney has the following to say about it:

Just received my copy in the mail today of the 156 page Revision of the
Jumping Spiders of the genus Phidippus from the Florida Department of
Agriculture Feb 2004. This thing is superb. I cannot recommend it enough to
anyone interested in identifying jumpers of this genus. I am currently
trying to see how close I am on the Arkansas list.

Sixty color photos. Many diagrams, biology and keys to the US Phids.
Impressive.

apache jumping spider
I think we found one in Idaho We live in Hansen and my husband got a picture of what i think is one I didnt see any sightings in Idaho Could there be any around here

Oregon
Just found one in my house last night (Eugene, Oregon)
Orange spots, and green fangs. It was quite breathtaking. We don't get the colorful spiders very much in the Willamette valley.

This revision -
lists a record of P. apacheanus for Oneida, Idaho. The overall distribution is described as "Widespread in most of U.S., except Pacific States and New England..." Please feel free to post the picture to ID Request or Salticidae...
