Eating new growth on Whitethorn Acacia. About 10 seen in this Velvet Mesquite/Whitethorn Acacia/Creosote habitat, all on Whitethorn Acacia. This individual largely lacked the yellow color seen on the others. Note the blue on the ventral and dorsal surface. I examined one of the very yellow ones and between the yellow color there was blue.
