6 abdominal segments = ♀
Probably a female Ammophila procera.

Thread-waisted wasp
Nice specimen. Genus is Ammophila. Species ID generally impossible from images alone.

it sure looks like one.

I think several species can be det. from images, e.g., A. nigricans
