We have seen similar pictures, but we cannot find one with a clear black back--no orange markings.

parasitic fly
Just think, these guys are mating away with no care in the world, and soon the eggs on their back will hatch and they will be eaten alive from the inside by a parasitic larvae (if those are tachinid eggs, anyway, see http://www.cirrusimage.com/flies_trichopoda.htm for a description of one of this insect's sometimes parasite.

scutella adorned with eggs of a parasitic fly, i suppose
