Probably, but ...
In this case it was compared to three available reference specimens. They like to have ten or more. I was hoping for someone to check it out from the image which, despite a little rough handling shows more detail than the images at BOLD.

 
10 Reference Specimens establish a range of DNA variance.....
.... within a species. I'd consider a match within the range established by three good reference specimens to meet the gold standard for solid identification. If the DNA of your specimen was a little outside the range established by the three, then one might have room for hesitation. The range of variation in visible markings is often much greater than the variation in DNA within a species. Personally, I'd give much more weight to the DNA than to the maculation.
