Moved from ID Request. Great image! I'm sure you'll get some kind of ID with this nice pic. Pteromalidae may be right, although most of the chalcidoid families have reduced wing venation.

is the only family i know of with such reduced wing venation. i could be wrong though. wait for an expert to confirm.

... Chalcidoidea have reduced wing venation, and a few families have less than the Pteromalidae. That said, this one IS a pteromalid.
