Huge Beetle in northeast Texas - Dynastes tityus - Female

This thing is huge. I have never seen a beetle this big. He raised up his wings for a second then closed them back. Its very strong; difficult to contain in your hand. he measures about 2 inches in length. I have another pic of it beside my tape measure, but its pretty blurry. It has a fuzzy butt, and is very thick.
