Yes.
Unfortunately, there are not "keys" to the reproductive castes of ants, so unless one of our ant experts recognizes it, you may be out of luck. I would venture it is in the subfamily Myrmicinae, judging by the two nodes on the petiole (link between thorax and abdomen).
