It looks more like this
to me than any of the pictures of Cochylis hoffmanana at MPG, but I am not an expert (see the rotated picture I just posted for comparison).

In Difficult Moth Groups Gross Resemblance.....
.... is often not a good key for identification. A number of species, even in different genera, may have some visible characters in common. The genitalia of a very visually similar specimen was considered by Mike Sabourin, as was some faint color tones that may seem unimportant with regard to gross appearance. In Cochylini I'd bet on Mike's opinion ahead of anything other than the genitalia or DNA of the actual specimen in question (not available in this case).
I can't really comment on the ID of the moth in the photo you are making comparison with until that photo has been reviewed by an expert. The assignment of photos in Cochylini, both at BG.N and MPG, should be treated with caution until a thorough review of all of them has been made.
