Could be Dysmicohermes disjunctus (Walker)
A relatively common corydalid in BC. There are 3 BC Corydalid species but D. disjunctus is the most common and widespread. The rest, Chauliodes pecticornis and Protochauliodes spenceri are reported to be rare and restricted in range. Check this site out.

Fishfly
Family is Corydalidae. Don't recognize the genus.

Not a Moth. Might be some sort of Caddisfly ....
